The Guernsey Squash & Racketball Association LBG (“GSRA”) is a company limited by guarantee incorporated and registered in Guernsey on 22 March 2002 (Registration No. 39388). It is a non cellular company within the meaning of section 2(1)(c) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 as amended and a company limited by guarantee within the meaning of the section 2(2)(a)(ii) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 as amended.

Principal Objectives

The principal objectives of the GSRA are to promote and encourage the game of squash and racketball and to further their growth and development at all levels within the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
