2024 Level 1 Coaching Course and Assessment - Pretoria

About
Requirements to be qualified as a Level 1 Coach includes:
• Attend the full Level 1 course presented by a SquashSA appointed presenter - R1450.00
Friday – online Level 2 M+R as well as the online Safe Guarding Awareness Certificate (at home)
Saturday 09h00 – 17h00
Sunday 09h00 – 16h00
• Complete all the questions in the workbook accurately
• Complete the logbook / 10 coaching hours
• SAPS / Name clearance certificate – (R150.00) – this takes 3-4 months so the interested candidates should apply NOW
• 1st aid course – R650.00 if organised through SSA
• Pass the Level 2 (or equivalent) online Marking and Refereeing exam – R50.00 (organised via MidlandsSquash)
o Please note that if the candidate does not get the required 85% via the online M+R course, they will need to attend a SSA M+R presentation and written exam
• Complete the online Safe Guarding Awareness certificate (as from September 2023 – online free)
• On court evaluation by a qualified Level 2 coach – (included in the R1450.00)
• To be registered on SportyHQ i.e. to be affiliated via individual registration to Squash SA
• There is a 6 month time limit (from course to certificate) to completing the above
