ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Closing date is Sunday 9 March 2025 at 12PM. No late entries will be accepted.
2. Entries must be made through SportyHQ and players must be a paid-up member of Squash SA through SportyHQ.
3. Players must be available to play the complete duration of the tournament.
4. No moving of matches will be allowed.
5. As it is a ranking tournament for Boland Junior Squash players, Players will only qualify for points on completion of the tournament in its entirety. Which means all matches are played. No conceding of matches due to other sports or other commitments will be allowed.
6. Protective eyewear is compulsory.
7. Non-marking shoes is compulsory.
8. All players must mark and referee the match after their match. Winner referee and the loser marks. Failing to mark or referee could result in disqualification.
9. The first, second and third round of matches everyday is required to be there at the start of the first round. Third round is to mark first round while second round warms up.
10. Players are to ensure that they are ready to play 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
11. Any player arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled play time will forfeit the match.
12. The PARS scoring system will be used. U11 and U13 play to 15. All other age groups play to 11.Both best of 5 games.
13. Players must abide by Squash SA rules.
14. Tournament referee’s decision is final.
15. Boland Junior Squash does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to equipment or belongings.
16. Players agree that Boland Junior Squash and/or SA Schools Squash may use photos/images/videos of the players for purposes such as celebrating achievement and publicizing squash events and may be posted to any social media platform.
17. Marking to preferably take place on the Score Squash APP.
18. Please be mindful recording another child. Please can you ask permission from the parents first.
19. NO PARENTAL INTERFERENCE WILL BE TOLERATED.
20. Prize winners have to be present to collect prizes.
